Caramel Slushie

The caramel slushie is a frozen beverage made by blending caramel sauce, milk, and ice to create a smooth, velvety drink with swirls of rich caramel. Its icy texture and glossy appearance make it both visually appealing and satisfyingly creamy, resembling a chilled, caramel-infused treat.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce preferably smooth and rich
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Method

  1. Pour the caramel sauce into the blender and add the milk. Blend on low speed until the caramel is thoroughly mixed and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Add the ice cubes to the blender. Secure the lid firmly and blend on high until the mixture becomes thick, frosty, and slightly slushy in texture, usually about 30-60 seconds.
  3. Check the consistency and ensure everything looks well combined with a creamy, icy appearance with caramel swirls visible throughout. If needed, blend a few more seconds for a smoother slushie.
  4. Turn off the blender and pour the caramel slushie into chilled glasses. The drink should be thick and scoopable but still pourable, with a glossy caramel finish.
  5. Optional: Garnish with a drizzle of caramel sauce or a few additional ice cubes for extra chill and presentation.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy this icy, caramel-rich treat that’s perfect for hot days or anyone craving a cool, flavorful escape.
