Method

  3. Whisk the spiced milk briskly to create a gentle froth, small bubbles should form on the surface, and the milk should feel warm and velvety.
  4. Meanwhile, brew a shot of espresso or a small amount of strong coffee.
  5. Pour the freshly brewed espresso into a heat-resistant mug.
  6. Gently pour the hot, spiced milk over the espresso, holding back the foam with a spoon if you prefer a layered look.
  7. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top for aroma and visual appeal, or add a drizzle of honey if desired.
