- Measure out all liquid ingredients and frozen berries, ready to blend.
- Add the pineapple juice, mango juice, coconut cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and frozen berries into the blender.
- Pour in the white rum over the ingredients in the blender.
- Secure the lid tightly and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and frosty, about 30-45 seconds; you should see a thick, icy texture with no chunks remaining.
- Stop the blender and check the consistency—if it's too thick, add a splash of additional juice and blend briefly; if it's too thin, add a few more frozen berries and blend again.
- Pour the slushie mixture into chilled glasses or cups, filling them almost to the brim.
- Garnish with fresh fruit slices, a sprig of mint, or a colorful straw for an inviting presentation.
Notes
For an extra icy texture, briefly freeze the blended mixture in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before serving.
